Valuation Services

Valuation services include commercial real estate appraisal and appraisal review, market and feasibility studies, and litigation support. Additional services include highest and best use analysis, market rent and absorption studies, development analysis and consulting, easement valuation, and eminent domain and tax assessment support.

Primary Service Areas

Service areas include all of Washington State with an emphasis on the greater Puget Sound region, Central Washington, and the Olympic Peninsula.

Property Types

Vacant Land

  • Development sites with or without entitlements, residential subdivision sites, multifamily sites, mixed-use sites, master planned community sites, commercial sites, industrial sites, rural acreage, forest communities, and open space land.

Residential

  • Proposed residential subdivisions, proposed condominiums and townhouses, apartments, mixed-use buildings, manufactured housing communities, congregate residences and student housing, and hospitality. Properties with special amenities such as significant views, golf course frontage, or equestrian facilities.

Commercial

  • Retail buildings, strip shopping centers, neighborhood shopping centers, power shopping centers, restaurants and taverns, movie theaters, automotive sales and service buildings, office and medical office buildings, daycares, and commercial condominiums.

Industrial

  • Light and heavy industrial buildings, manufacturing buildings, research and development buildings, hi-tech and flex buildings, distribution buildings, industrial parks, storage yards, and self-storage facilities.

Public Facilities

  • Churches, congregational facilities, community centers, and recreational facilities.

Client Profile

Clients include lending institutions such as community banks, national banks, and credit unions, and also insurance companies, attorneys and accountants, local governments and school districts, developers, and private individuals and entities.

Valuation Standards

All appraisal services are performed in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), and the Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Practice of the Appraisal Institute. Additional standards include maintaining continuing education, and compliance with Washington State General Certification requirements.
